A busy end of the year for the NBVTC
Ploughing, ploughing, ploughing...
23/10/2012
It's a busy end of the year for the North Bucks Vintage Tractor Club. After our sunny working weekend we have already had Cook's Charity Ploughing match, the Grass Ploughing Match in Moulsoe (images just uploaded, courtesy of Sandi) and this coming weekend our traditional Colin Stone Memorial in Wavendon Fields. The latter event usually closes our season of ploughing competitions, but not this year. The Sherrington Ploughing Match has been added to the calendar for the 25th of November. Organised by Michael Cook with proceeds in favour of Willen Hospice, the event is promising to be our biggest ploughing match to date with 100 acres of ploughing land available. All we need is as many partecipants as possible and a little bit more help from the Man upstairs to manage the weather for us! Finally, last but not least, our Club will attend once again the Newark tractor show on the 10th and 11th of November. As always we hope to welcome you all to our stand!
